How to Deposit to CoinZoom

CoinZoom operates primarily in US Dollars (USD), so direct deposits in South Korean Won (KRW) are not currently supported.

Therefore, Korean users can fund their accounts in two ways:

Method 1:

Cryptocurrency Deposits (Most Recommended Method)

The most common and efficient way to purchase cryptocurrency is to purchase it on a domestic cryptocurrency exchange (e.g., Upbit or Bithumb) and then transfer it to your CoinZoom account.

Check your deposit address on the CoinZoom app/web:

After logging in to CoinZoom, go to the 'Portfolio' or 'Wallet' menu.

Click the 'Deposit' button.

Select the cryptocurrency you wish to deposit (e.g. Ripple (XRP), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT)).

Be sure to check and copy the **Deposit Address** and, if necessary, the **Destination Tag or Memo** for the relevant cryptocurrency. (Important: Entering the address or tag incorrectly could result in the loss of your assets!)

Request a withdrawal from a domestic exchange:

Go to the 'Deposit/Withdrawal' menu of the domestic exchange you are using.

Select the same cryptocurrency you want to send to CoinZoom and click 'Withdraw'.

Paste the deposit address you copied from CoinZoom into the 'Withdrawal Address' field.

If a destination tag or note is required, please enter it accurately.

Once you enter the amount to send and complete withdrawal verification, the transfer will begin.

Deposit confirmation:

After the blockchain network's confirmation process, your cryptocurrency will be deposited into your CoinZoom wallet, usually within a few minutes to several tens of minutes.

You will receive an email or app notification once your deposit is complete.

Method 2:

Deposit using a card that can be used for overseas payments (credit/debit)

You can deposit USD directly using a card with the Visa or Mastercard logo that allows international payments.

Select Card Deposit in the CoinZoom app/web:

Go to the 'Portfolio' > 'Deposit' menu.

Select 'Debit/Credit Card' as your deposit method.

Enter your card information accurately and specify the USD amount you wish to deposit.

Payment and Authentication:

Payment is completed after going through the card company's overseas payment authentication process (e.g. 3D Secure authentication).

Deposits are processed instantly, but withdrawals may be held for a period of time (up to 7-90 days) depending on bank policies.

Note: Card deposits may incur double fees, including CoinZoom's fee (approximately 2.99%) and your card issuer's overseas transaction fee, which may result in a higher cost than depositing cryptocurrency.
