RedotPay is a comprehensive fintech platform that enables everyday payments and remittances with cryptocurrency.
Users can use their dedicated cryptocurrency card to pay for cryptocurrencies directly at over 130 million Visa merchants worldwide, with cryptocurrencies paid out immediately without the need for a separate currency exchange.

It also features a single account to manage multi-currency wallets, real-time conversion between crypto assets and fiat currencies, and onramp/offramp (deposit/withdrawal) functions all in one place.

We provide services in over 158 countries around the world, and new users can immediately issue a virtual card and apply for a physical card after installing the app, creating an account, and completing KYC identity verification.

(For Korean users, you can use the service after KYC verification using your passport or resident registration card, and a virtual card issuance fee of $10 and a physical card issuance fee of $100 will be charged.)

  • Multi-currency Accounts: For users in some regions, we also offer a Currency Account, which allows you to hold fiat currency balances such as EUR or GBP.
(Currently available for Europe/UK, KRW accounts are not supported)

Withdrawal Method

Withdrawing assets from RedotPay includes any process of moving funds out or cashing them out.

Basically, withdrawal methods can be divided into withdrawal in cryptocurrency, withdrawal in cash or payment using a card.

(Sending assets in your RedotPay account to another RedotPay user corresponds to the internal transfer mentioned above) Currently, the direct transfer to a bank account (offramp) function is only provided in a limited way, so using a card is the main offramp method. Details for each method are as follows.

1. Withdrawal of cryptocurrency (transfer to external wallet/exchange)

You can withdraw cryptocurrencies in your RedotPay wallet by sending them to another wallet or another exchange.

For example, you can send USDT charged to RedotPay to your Binance account or withdraw it to your personal wallet. The supported withdrawal coins and networks are the same as those for deposits, and there is a minimum withdrawal amount for each asset.

(Minimum limit information when entering withdrawal amount in the app)

Withdrawal fees are charged by RedotPay and are determined dynamically depending on network conditions.

Fees and minimum limits can be found on the withdrawal page. Cryptocurrency withdrawal process:

Open the “More > Withdrawal” menu in the RedotPay app
(Accessed via the “Withdrawal” or “Send/Transfer” menu on the home screen)

Select the type of cryptocurrency and network you want to withdraw. For example, withdraw USDT to the TRC20 network. At this time, check your balance as it must exceed the minimum withdrawal amount to be able to withdraw.

Copy the deposit address from the receiving wallet/platform in advance.

(Example: If you are withdrawing to Binance, go to Wallet > Deposit > USDT-TRC20 address in the Binance app and copy it)

Enter the recipient's wallet address in the withdrawal screen of the RedotPay app.

You can paste it manually or use the QR scan feature.

When you submit a withdrawal request, you will be subject to 2FA authentication and security verification procedures.

Once all verifications are completed (e.g. entering the Google OTP code and entering the verification number sent to the registered email/mobile phone), the withdrawal request will be sent to the blockchain network.

Withdrawal is complete once the assets are deposited into the target wallet after blockchain confirmation.

RedotPay cannot cancel or restore a withdrawal transaction once it has been sent to the chain, so please be careful not to make mistakes such as entering the wrong address.

Note: When making a withdrawal, the asset type you are sending must exactly match the deposit settings of the recipient.

For example, if you withdraw TRC20 USDT to an ERC20 USDT address, you will lose your assets.

Additionally, withdrawal processing times may be slightly delayed for security reasons.

**During Hong Kong business hours (weekdays based on UTC+8), approval is usually within 1-2 hours, but outside of these hours or on weekends/holidays, it may take up to 24 hours.

After requesting a withdrawal, you can monitor the processing steps in the “Check Progress” menu. If the withdrawal is not completed after 24 hours, you need to contact customer service.

2. Card withdrawal (ATM withdrawal and in-store payment)

Cryptocurrencies loaded onto your RedotPay card can be used directly for online and offline payments and ATM cash withdrawals.

In other words, it is a method of utilizing assets in the form of actual cash or purchasing goods/services in the amount you wish to withdraw.

ATM Cash Withdrawals: Users who have been issued a RedotPay physical card (plastic card) can withdraw cash in local currency from Visa/Plus partner ATMs worldwide.

For example, in Korea, you can exchange the cryptocurrency linked to your card for Korean Won (KRW) and withdraw it at an ATM, and when traveling in the US, you can withdraw it in USD.

The withdrawal method is the same as a regular debit card: insert the card into the ATM → enter PIN → select withdrawal.

Cryptocurrencies are sold and converted to cash in real time, with transactions confirmed within minutes. **Fees are 2% of the withdrawal amount**, and some ATMs may charge additional fees.

RedotPay card has a policy of waiving the 2% fee for withdrawals up to $100 per month, and only charges for the excess amount.
(e.g. free withdrawals up to $100 per month)

The daily withdrawal limit is $10,000 (about 10 million won), and the monthly withdrawal limit is $200,000, which is quite generous.

However, if you withdraw too much money at once, your withdrawal may be rejected depending on the ATM machine specifications, so it is recommended to withdraw it in installments.

Store Card Payment: When you make a payment directly at an online or offline store using a RedotPay virtual card or physical card, it can be considered a type of withdrawal.

When you pay, your card will automatically be deducted in cryptocurrency and the store will be paid in its local currency.

For example, if you pay for a ₩5,000 coffee at Starbucks with a RedotPay card, the equivalent amount of cryptocurrency will be sold immediately from your RedotPay account, the payment will be approved, and Starbucks will receive the payment in Korean Won. This process is done through real-time currency exchange, and a conversion fee of around 1% will be charged to the user.

. You can conveniently register your card with Apple Pay and Google Pay and make payments with your smartphone.

. Withdrawals (use) via card payment are possible up to $500,000 per day.

, there is almost no monthly cumulative limit. However, a 1.2% currency conversion fee may be added when paying in a currency other than the card's base currency.

. (Card default currency: Usually set to USD, if the user is issued a HKD-based card, HKD is the default currency)

Note: USDs balance cannot be withdrawn: **USDs (dollar-pegged balance)** accumulated through Binance Pay, etc. cannot be cashed out through ATM withdrawals or account transfers.

. It can only be used for RedotPay card payments, so you have no choice but to use it to purchase items/withdraw cash with your card.
(Reward USDs received as a 30-day bonus can only be used with a card and will expire)

Additionally, the RedotPay card cannot be used to send money directly to financial services in that country.

For example, you cannot use your RedotPay card to top up accounts or pay for remittance services such as Wise or Revolut, and some financial service MCC code transactions are blocked.

. As this is in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations, please understand that card use is limited to general commercial payments and ATM withdrawals.

(Future Support) Bank Transfer Withdrawal: RedotPay is also preparing a feature that will allow users to sell their cryptocurrencies and transfer them to their bank account in local currency in the long term.

. It is currently being piloted only in Brazil.

, EUR/GBP currency account holders in Europe/UK region cannot yet make external transfers from their accounts, but this will be supported in the future.

. The function of sending money directly to a Korean bank is not supported, so instead, you must use the card ATM withdrawal method or withdraw cryptocurrency and then cash it out at a domestic exchange.

3. Other matters and restrictions related to withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal limit: RedotPay may refuse to process small withdrawals. Each cryptocurrency has a minimum withdrawal amount, which takes into account fees, and withdrawal requests cannot be made below that amount.

For example, if the minimum withdrawal amount for USDT-TRC20 is 10 USDT, you cannot withdraw less than that amount.
The minimum limit is displayed on the withdrawal screen of the app.

Withdrawal Speed: As explained earlier, withdrawal approval takes some time due to security verification.
In general, it will be approved and transferred to the blockchain within 1-2 hours, but it may be delayed by up to 24 hours at night or on weekends. This is due to the asset risk management (KYT) procedure, and if the user's withdrawal pattern is not abnormal and it is during normal business hours, it will be processed relatively quickly.

Country Restrictions: RedotPay services support a wide range of countries, but account opening may be restricted in some regulated countries, such as the United States.

Korea is included in the available countries, and card issuance and use are possible.

. However, there are differences in supported currencies and functions depending on the laws of each country. For example, UK users have restrictions on purchasing USDT, Brazilian users can use local bank transfers, and Korean users can use Apple Pay.

. According to the Terms of Service, transactions for specific purposes (e.g. gambling, criminal financing) are strictly prohibited and may result in account freezing if detected.

Withdrawal Limits: Card withdrawals (use) have the aforementioned limits (e.g. $10k per day for ATMs, etc.), and cryptocurrency withdrawals may have daily number/amount limits.

The limit is generally generous, up to several million dollars per day, but may be applied individually depending on the KYC level or account status. If you wish to withdraw a large amount, it is recommended to contact customer support in advance to check if the limit can be increased.
